In order to properly submit a Mail-in Repair in GSX your customer card will need to have a country listed
ex: USA or United States of America
ex: Australia or AU
ex: Canada or CAD

If a country is not listed CheckIn will present an error and a GSX log file will state this as well.

*(For USA, AU & CAD customers: When you enter a zip code it will automatically add the country to the country field along with the city and state/province etc.)
